Strength Work: Deadlifts, 5RM. 45#, 65#, 95#, 115#(fail), 95#(fail)

I’m back to working out at the base gym this month. There’s a CrossFit “class” at lunch on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday but since I prefer to do the WOD I have to reschedule my lunch hour to avoid them.
