The warmup is starting to feel like just a warmup again!

CFWU x 3

5 Rounds of 25 situps and 25 good mornings. Time: 20 minutes+

I’m sure I looked like a gimp at the end of each round of situps. By the time I reached the twenties I would occasionally get ‘stuck’ halfway up and start flapping my arms around frantically just to get moving again.
