You would think that with the two big FAILs there I would be unhappy with my lifts today, but I’m thrilled. First, I haven’t been working out consistently so I’m once again in the “starting over” phase. Second, my 1RM PR for front squat is 105#, so to hit 95# when I’m just starting over means that I’m not as hopelessly out of shape as I thought!
