Crockpot Beef Roast with Sauerkraut
Yield: 10 servings
1 Tbsp oil
3 lbs beef boneless tip roast, trimmed of fat
2 tsp caraway seed
1/2 tsp salt
1 lb small whole onions
1 lb sauerkraut, undrained
1/2 cup dark beer or beef broth
1/4 cup flour
1 Tbsp stone-ground mustard
