Chocolate Chip Cookies

3/4 c shortening (I like golden flavour Crisco)
1 1/4 c lightly packed brown sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp milk
1 1/2 c flour

Sex in a Pan

1 c margarine
2 c flour
1/2 pkg slivered almonds
1 pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup icing sugar
1 container Cool Whip
3 cups milk
