3 Ripe avacados
Juice of half a lemon
1 Large tomato, diced
4 Cloves garlic, minced
1 Medium shallot, chopped
1/2 t Salt
4-5 Dashes tabasco sauce

Cottage Cheese and Peaches

3 c All-purpose flour
2 1/2 t Baking powder
