June 1 marks the end of my second month at <a href="http://www.crossfitfredericton.com">CrossFit Fredericton</a>, and I have to say it&#8217;s been such a blast so far! I originally signed up with my boyfriend for three months, so June would have been my last month &#8211; except he quit after the first month and I was allowed to transfer his remaining months to me! Knowing I&#8217;ll be able to keep going until at least the end of August has me totally psyched about all the PRs I could see and achievements&#8230;SQUEEE!</p>
<p>Height: 5′ 10″<br />
Weight: 157 lbs. (+3 pounds)<br />
BF% (Tanita scale): 25% (no change)<br />
Waist: 29″ (-1&#8243;)<br />
Hips: 37″ (-1&#8243;)</p>
<p>I did clean up my diet quite a bit and started to ease myself into &#8220;The Zone&#8221;. I had plenty of cheat days though, and even my clean days had me eating a lot more calories than I&#8217;ve been used to. I&#8217;m not really worried about the weight gain, as my clothes still fit fine and I hit PRs all month long. I am surprised by the inches lost, I&#8217;m not sure if I measured in the same spots. My lower belly is &#8220;puffier&#8221; than it was last month, and my breasts too (maybe that will stay&#8230;). Since I gained weight but stayed at the same level of bodyfat, I didn&#8217;t gain all that weight as fat &#8211; I built some muscle. According to my math, I added 2.25 pounds of muscle, and only .75 pounds of fat; I think that&#8217;s pretty sweet!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well I&#8217;ve been going to CrossFit Fredericton for a month now, so I figure I should post some stats. Unfortunately I don&#8217;t have a starting point from the beginning of April to compare to, but I know that I&#8217;ve dropped a lot of weight since March &#8211; much of it due to illness. At the beginnng of March my weight was anywhere between 167-172 lbs.</p>
<p><strong>Height:</strong> 5&#8242; 10&#8243;<br />
<strong>Weight:</strong> 154 lbs.<br />
<strong>BF% (Tanita scale):</strong> 25%<br />
<strong>Waist:</strong> 30&#8243;<br />
<strong>Hips:</strong> 38&#8243;</p>
<p>So my weight is back to &#8220;average/normal&#8221; for me. I&#8217;m going to clean up my eating this month &#8211; go back to more lean protein and veggies, cut back on the breads and pastas. Bodyshape-wise I&#8217;d like to ditch that &#8220;last ten pounds&#8221; and increase my muscle mass. Performance-wise I&#8217;d love to be able to keep hitting PRs every week and really be able to lift something to be proud of at the competition at the end of the month.</p>
