CFWU x 3 Overhead Press: 5 @ 45# 4 @ 55# (trying for five reps, failed the last one) 4 @ 55# (FFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUU) 5 @ 45# …and then I tried two of the rowers but the displays weren’t coming on for me so I quit. Yep, I’m a quitter.
