Sometimes these look so easy and you tell yourself “it’s only ten minutes”. Sometimes shortly after thinking that you find yourself on the floor in a puddle of your own sweat. This was one of those times.

Technically 105# is a PR, but I’m still disappointed. I thought there might be a snoflake’s chance in hell I would get 125#, but I had to try. That was a sure fail, no big deal. 115# however, I HAD that was, I could FEEL it.

Maybe it’s because this is day five of my 5on-2off schedule. Maybe it was because I was box-squatting a 14″ box and could have added two inches to make the lift. As valid as those reasons are, I can’t see them as anything but excuses. I HAD it – where did it go?

The gift that keeps on giving! Enough of my previous loans have been paid off to reloan $25 to a new entrepreneur. This time it goes to Hakik Boboeva from Tajikistan. At the time I’m writing this she just has $50 left to raise!

Holy crap, somehow when I was doing KTEs today (knees-to-elbows), my KNEES were actually getting CLOSE to my ELBOWS! Like four to six inches away!
